Since I recently discoverd that the name "JGroups" is allready used by a Javatoolkit I had to rename my JGroups project. Since there were no other proposals I choose the obvisous "JoomGroups! ". As it is only a project right now there are no further complications relating to the change.

While working on some projects recently I noted that you quite often have to apply small patches to the system that are not included in the original distribution. This lead me to start the developement of JoomPatch! . This Joomla Developement is meant to manage the installation and removal of all the patches applied to your joomla system over time. It's still in the planing phase but I will keep you updated on the progess.
